I would say that my overall service from Willow Lane was excellent! I had no problems ordering my cabinets, or receiving them. Had them within 2 weeks. They're very well constructed, much more than the ones that you get at the big box stores! Will be ordering more for the bathroom that we will redo. So happy we decided to look online!!
I just purchased kitchen cabinets from Willow Lane and wanted to share what a fabulous experience I had. My designers name is Virginia Porten and while we only communicated via email, I feel like I not only got a great kitchen design, I also feel like I made a friend. My kitchen is an awkward space. I literally spent 2 years trying to find a design that would provide optimal counter and cabinet space. I talked to 3 contractors and 3 kitchen designers and I hated all the ideas. I ran across Willow Lane by searching for on-line cabinet companies (wish I had thought to do that 2 years ago. Within days of sharing my measurements, Virginia came back with a design that I liked better than anything else and by the time we were done tweaking, I now have a design I LOVE and can not wait to get. I do not normally write reviews but my experience with Virginia and Willow Lane was so positive that I wanted to write about it so people struggling, like me, to design a new kitchen can feel confident that Willow Lane is the answer.
