“I guess my experience is just at odds with the other ones here. I have always been treated courteously by all of the office staff--albeit they are always extremely busy, but always polite. Drs Grill and Passidomo, P.A.s Horner and Murphy never fail to provide superb medical care delivered with a pleasant and professional demeanor. Perhaps this office is busier than some others in the area. Perhaps there is also substantial reason for that being the fact; one never has to wait in line at the worst restaurant around--so it is with medical care providers.”
