Erin and Amanda are wonderful resources in terms of thoroughly explaining the weight loss program from beginning to end. Erin is very attentive and answers every question I have. Their support and guidance are key to making this program work. I am so glad to have them with me as I continue on the program and make all of the necessary changes to my lifestyle so that I can be healthier while reaching my goals.
I cannot thank them enough for all that they do! This program is by far the best approach to weight loss available. + -

(August 14, 2018, 7:08 pm)This has been an amazing journey!!! Follow the plan and it works!!!! Never cheat on yourself. My medical issues have improved. My sugar levels are down, my joint swellings are down, im anticipating getting off my cholesterol meds soon. My Coach was great!! Thank you Amanda!!! I didnt go into this for the weight loss, however, i lost over 20 lbs of fat and i feel fantastic!! Thank you Hudson Valley Weight Loss Center for giving me another shot at life!!!! I went from a physical age of 72 to a physical age of 48. I am currently 52 and I am thankful!!!!! If you are thinking about it...Do it and do it right!! They have the plan but you do the work. Its not magic. Go for it!!! You wont be sorry!!
