  I have now lived in this complex for about a year. I enjoy the amenities; pool, club house, tennis court, etc. I am appreciative of the quick and attentive maintenance staff. Overall my experience has been good. The apartment I moved into was cleaned and ready to go with newer appliances and fresh paint. The leasing office staff are wonderful. They will work for with you to find the layout of best fit as there are several options. Another bonus of living at this complex. Its also relatively easy to move within the complex year to year. That is what we are in the process of now. Parking is hardly ever an issue as there is not assigned spaces and are plenty in front of each building. For us starting out it is a great place to be and provides a feeling of home and security. Though this complex is older its natural beauty stands out with the surrounding nature.

  I Moved to Chelsea Ridge the summer of 2016. I'm a city girl coming from the Bronx New York. I wanted a change of environment. First Impressions really stood out when I entered the complex beautiful scenery and Landscaping. I chose the one bedroom which is called a baxtertown. It's about 960sq ft. nice size patio and it's a corner unit. I just love how big it is compared to a New York City Apartment. I also have a extra storage room attached to my apartment. Now as far as the overall experience , I can't believe some of the bad reviews that I see. It's under New Management which is called Dawn Homes. I haven't had no major issues with staff or any neighbors. When I first moved there the apartment was nice and clean some new appliances. I did encounter a flood in the bathroom and the maintenance staff handle it ASAP. Now as far as bugs or rodents... I will be honest and say that I do get your typical bugs. I live in a ground unit, so it's not uncommon that a spider or a centipede gets in. There was one little mouse that I saw on the patio I told the staff and Exterminators came the next day. Now as far as the noise go, I can't speak for the whole entire complex. I live in a dead end corner unit so I don't encounter a lot of neighbors or noise. It's pretty quiet in my unit. Now of course I can occasionally hear my neighbors upstairs the walls are thin. But it's nothing that I can't tolerate. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for young Adults starting out having your own place. I'm a city girl and I would never go back to the city. I truly love it up here. And I also forgot to mention amenities are pretty cool. Pool, gym, tennis court, basketball court barbecues and parties. Just take a look at the complex for yourself. I remember reading negative comments and telling myself hell no LOL. When I came here I actually fell in love with the place. Good luck!

  This place is great. Plenty of amenities. I have had a couple maintenance requests, and they have came to repair same day. All the ladies in the office are very personable.
