I’m not sure why the negative reviews. I’ve been a patient there for maybe 10 years and I’ve got no complaints.
I used to get counseling there but they only have appointments during the day so I had to find another counselor outside who does after-hours appointments...not a big deal. I’m very happy with my psychiatrist though. She’s very caring and involved. I have emergency contact info if I need her after hours and she’s always been available. My meds get filled quickly and easily w/the online thing. Obvs nobody wants to have mental health issues but if you do, you want a place you can trust with good doctors. I love my shrink and don’t know what I’d do if she moved or retired.
I have only been going for a month now, and am overly pleased with the service. Front desk isnt overly nice or excited to be there, there isnt any passion in there eyes, but thats not why you go here. The doctor I see is wonderful, and I will keep going back until I no longer need the help. Was easy to get an appointment, to make more, and I am always taken on time, if not a few minutes early. Highly recommend for first timers looking for help. Found the office on my insurance website and am very happy with the service here.
Dr. Cartagena has been immensely helpful and supportive. She gave me the tools and ability to get the diagnosis I needed to find medications that would help, and she believes what I say about side effects. She takes my input into account when determining dosage. She is an absolute angel and has really helped me find a quality of life that I never knew I could have.
