This man saved my life. I spent two years with another endocrinologist and got shoulder shrugs, laughter, and “don’t worry about it”. After a very thorough discussion it took him 5 minutes to come up with the correct diagnosis and prescribe the correct meds. Thank you Dr. Lippes.
Dr. Lipped was extraordinarily detailed and thorough. I had a CT several days before seeing him and he reached out to the provider while I was with him so I could get the results early. He gets a solid A in my book.
Just had my first visit today, recommended from my doctor, and Dr. Lippes was very gentle spoken and kind. He naturally explains in laymons terms while talking and was very thorough, I didn't feel rushed, and he was happy to answer any questions and get me moving in the right direction.
Had a great experience, I know it's tough to get in with him, but highly recommended if you can. So much of finding the right fitting doctor is based on how you feel and his bedside manner was the best of anyone I have yet to see. 👍
P.S. Be careful and don't go to the Sister's hospital location by mistake, he is only there on Wednesdays.
As a diabetic for 30 years, Dr. Lippes was more knowledgeable about diabetes than any endocrinologist I'd ever met. He also weilded more power and respect among hospital doctor's than you could imagine. I would recommend him to any diabetic either new or with 50 years experience with the disease. He knows his stuff!
