  I was very anxious upon arriving. I've had a couple of bad root canal experiences in the past. This was my first visit to Advanced Endodontics. Dr. Hamad and his staff were very attentive and caring through my evaluation to determine if another was needed. I had the root canal on the same day. Although the evaluation was a little painful to determine if the root canal was needed, he very obviously tried to keep it as painless as possible. My mouth wouldn't numb easily and Dr. Hamad took time and made sure it was numb before he got started. Thank you.

  For an experienced dental patient, I must say it was a very pleasant visit. Knowledgeable staff, super comfortable chair with massage, only slightly uncomfortable procedure. I would go back and also would recommend to friends and family.

  This is my third time and third root canal at Dr. Hamad's office. The man knows what he is doing and can handle multiple clients at once without a client feeling neglected. Dr. Hamad explains the treatment, works quickly and efficiently all while you are seated in a massage chair. The staff are just about as competent as the Dr., friendly and made my experience comfortable. The nurse answered all 10,000 of my questions !
  
  I especially love that the front office staff was able to make my appointment and tell me exactly what I would owe after the service.

  Had 2 root canals in one visit when my dentist couldn't get me in anytime soon to make it happen. The staff was pleasant, the facility was clean and comfortable, and the procedure went well. Only disappointment was that they had to take new x-rays instead of being able to get them from my dentist. If I had known that ahead of time I could have probably found a way to transfer them... x-rays aren't cheap.

  I had to have emergency treatment done on a pre-existing crown while I was visiting from the UK. Dr Hammad was friendly and approachable; fitting me in despite such short notice. He has a positive and friendly approach and is very professional. He explained everything step by step and put me at ease about the procedure. The procedure itself was efficient and I particularly liked the way Dr Hammad told me what to expect at each step. The treatment room is well decorated and provides a calm environment and I can't praise the massaging chair enough to take away any anxieties about the treatment. I would highly recommend.
