Value City Furniture

Josh Katashuk was awesome, he went above and beyond to make our experience at value city more comfortable. Not only did he allow us the space and time to walk around and shop but he followed up with us and showed us similar pieces and colors to the furniture we gravitated towards in the first place. We will definitely be returning just to work with him!

Great delivery staff. We had two guys come in and they were absolutely courteous. Brandon and Christin ( sorry if it is spelled wrong) were professional and fast. The amount of effort and care they showed today is not matched by other services provided by different stores. Thank you guys!!! I hope the store recognizes how hardworking you are.

My husband and I went yesterday furniture shopping and Justin greeted us with his upbeat attitude and willingness to help us. He made our transaction for our purchase seamless and we were in and out within a half an hour. My four stars go out to Justin Benjamin, thank you so much for great customer service!

The best customer service ever. We hated the new bed we bought, they took that mattress back and let us pick out a new one. Value City on Maple rd in Amherst and it’s staff deserve credit for their exceptional customer experience as well as recovery. They were kind and helpful. They made it right and gave us the opportunity to find a mattress we really love. Shawn and John were a dream team. We really appreciate their understanding and support. We will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thank you for the best nights sleep in years.

I had such a great experience from Justin Benjamin!! He made my first time buying a Couch super fun and easy. He knew exactly what I wanted showed me a lot of options but what I loved the most was his customer care and enthusiasm. I will def recommend Value City to friends and family because of Justin!!
