So many storage facilities in South Florida! Yet no all have such fantastic staff. It's great to see good customer service these days, when it's becoming a faded art. Thank you, for kindness and professionalism! A+

The ladies in the office are all very friendly and answered my questions when I was just inquiring. Then when I came in to actually get the unit, they were quick to help me and this was when a lot of places were closed down due to Covid. The unit was clean and the whole area was always kept clean. I felt my items were secure and liked the fact, that it was behind a locked gate with a security code. I will definitely rent a storage space here if I needed to.

I ram super busy and rarely take the time to write reviews, but we had such a great experience with Cindy, the manager of the Leisure City Cube Smart that I wanted to be sure to comment on how great she is. From our initial phone to our arrival at this facility and through to the end of the move, Cindy was pleasant, positive, professional, and went out of her way to make this a seamless process. I have supervised large numbers of employees over many years...Cindy is clearly an exceptionally hard worker, genuine and highly skilled at customer service...a rare find!
