Before switching to Allstate, I was insured through a third-party company which was a NIGHTMARE. We’ll call them Ajax. Within minutes of looking for a quote online, agent Ryan Washburn called me with numbers ready to go. I was thrilled by this, because I couldn’t even get a straight answer from Ajax; they would constantly switch numbers up on me. Ryan helped make the transition super smooth by going as far as calling Ajax to clarify the cancellation process so everyone was on the same page. After starting my new policy with Allstate, I’ve always received prompt response to any questions in regard to my policy. Since then I’ve bundled Renter’s insurance and he took care of everything for me! He had numbers ready to go before I could even ask for them! Throughout all these big transitions in our little family’s life, he has secured our trust to provide the very best for our needs.
