(September 29, 2021, 5:31 pm)I called around 2:30 this afternoon to inquire about EMDR therapy. I was told that she needed to all get manager as she didn’t know any information on it.
I just got a call back saying that she didn’t forget about me and that she just wanted to wanted to let me know that she asked her manager.
I’ve never gotten such good customer service at a doctors office. This woman definitely understands the urgency that mental health can bring.
