  I have been working with Amy to address some chronic muscular imbalances and weakness in my lower extremities. Amy has been extremely patient and thorough throughout this process and has helped me fine-tune a LOT of my movement patterns to make me a more efficient and balanced runner. She has given me many unique exercises to address specific compensations that I have been using over the past few years. Under her guidance, I am gradually recovering long-lost fluidity and rhythm in my running. I think my particular issues could have easily been overlooked by other PTs and most likely gotten worse as I aged. Amy has helped decrease my likelihood of developing a serious injury or needing surgery in the future. Her meticulous work with me has allowed me to work toward achieving my running rehab goals as well as continue to be very physically active in other areas. I am truly grateful for her dedication and tenacity!

  Excellent experience working with Dr. Julie Wolfley at Natural Physical Therapy. I went to see Julie for treatment on a long time lingering sports injury and with her guidance and personal care I am back to doing the activities I enjoy. She is very knowledgable and professional. From my first visit to my last Julie was extremely thoughtful in understanding my issues and helping me achieve my goal of full recovery.

  Being in healthcare I understand how therapy works and how frustrating the traditional insurance model can be. Natural Physical Therapy improves function without getting caught up in the red tape of insurance. Julie used her high level of expertise to get me back on track in just 4 sessions. Thanks again

  I highly recommend Natural Physical Therapy. The combination of Dr Barbasch’s experience and the one on one treatments provided a customized plan that was modified as the symptoms changed. In addition to treating the injury, Dr. Barbasch help to develop the strength and techniques to return to some very physically demanding activities. I have experienced other commercial PT services for a different injury and had to seek out additional athletic training after completing PT to develop the strength and techniques to have the confidence to return to all activities.

  I've had a disc herniation in my lower back for the past five years, and every so often it flares up. When this happens, I experience sciatic nerve pain, spasms, and difficulty completing even the simplest, everyday tasks. It went out recently, and I found myself severely out of commission for weeks. Not good.
  
  I was recommended to see Allison from Natural Physical Therapy, and she worked wonders. My first visit was a professional, full evaluation. She listened to my history and did a physical examination to understand my injury and pain. She designed a custom treatment plan, worked with me to make sure I understood everything, and also told me what I should be avoiding. I left day one with an actionable plan of stretches and exercises to work on for the week, which was also accessible from an easy-to-use app on my phone. This was nice because it allowed me to track everything and check my form. Allison even texted me a couple days later to see how I was feeling.
  
  By my second visit, I was already feeling some relief. She reviewed things with me, answered my questions, worked on my back and hip alignment, and introduced additional stretches and exercises I should try.
  
  Weeks three and four were similar. Her continued physical maintenance and treatment plan guidance with incremental building got me 100% out of pain and back to feeling myself. It was nice not to be terrified of sneezes any longer...
  
  I would HIGHLY recommend Allison. She's friendly, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and will help you get back to living your life. Thank you, again!
