John and his son installed a tankless water heater and replaced a wall furnace for us. We are very pleased with the quality of work. They were friendly, good communication and cleaned up after themselves. We know who to call if we have future plumbing needs. Thank you for the excellent work!

I called Sunset plumbing after 2 nights of a very cold upstairs due to a bad valve in my old old boiler. John answered the phone and said " I'm just finishing my lunch and I'll be right over". I anticipated a few more nights uncomfortable, but nope, they squeezed me in and took care of everything. The price was more than fair, problem assessed, parts installed and I felt the honestly as soon as he arrived. He stayed to make sure all the radiators were heating up quietly without air bubbles, and for the thermostat to shut of acknowledging that all was well once again. Followed up by a text letting me know he was there anytime we needed help, and what to do preventative maintenance--wise ourselves to keep our boiler kicking. My new go to plumber, I highly recommend!

John is the BEST plumber ever. My husband and I have used his service for over 30 years. When we have an issue he responds promptly ( usually the same day) and he is efficient and affordable. Years ago we had a problem on Thanksgiving day and we were expected for dinner at our daughter's home 4 hours away. He came on Thanksgiving (can you believe?) so that we could leave town and know that our home was safe. Today I called hime with a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention and he was here within an hour. He is truly a master plumber.

Sunset Plumbing was great! They returned my phone call promptly and came over before noon the next day. I have an older home and had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Both John and Dave were able to finally clear the stubborn clog and cleaned up after, and offered a couple of care tips for my 69yr old pipes. They were very polite and friendly, I am so happy I chose them!
