  My review relates to the 2 ladies who work in reception. Though I only dealt with the one at the front desk, from where I was waiting, I could overhear the interactions of both women with incoming patients. Both had a calming nature and were so kind to all they addressed. This is something that is so often lacking within medical establishments, and it was such a welcomed change from the norm! Thank you for such a positive experience!

  From check in to the MRI, I felt confident I made the right choice to drive from CANADA for the appointment. I had my MRI within 1 week of booking which is outstanding!! Will definitely come again if I need a medical service.

  UPDATE: Windsong called me the next day regarding this experience / review and the agent who called me, Darlene, was absolutely excellent explaining and giving context to the situation, which turned my experience from a negative to a positive.

  Not great. I paid a very large amount before my procedure. After insurance EoB, Windsong owes me ~$330.
  
  Speaking to the billing department for a refund only provided me the option of *calling back in a month* to check if all insurance stuff is settled.
  
  "Can you set something to let me know when this is done?"
  "No. Call back."
  
  Really frustrating.
