I had an appointment w/ Dr. Ostempowski for knee pain and he was marvelous. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions before I had to ask- that's how thorough he is. He gave me a few choices and asked me to take my time and think about my options. I also attended a Zoom meeting regarding knee pain that he held. Very informative and I loved the format.

This store had everything I needed when it came down to certain items the manager was very helpful with helping me find the oils. Everything seemed stocked well and neat!

I went to Excelsior for a hip X-Ray. The receptionists were friendly and quick. It was mentioned that I sped up much of the process by me filling out the paperwork at home on the computer the day before (They thanked me for doing so). The x-ray tech was fantastic! She was patient and put me at ease. Once I get into the consultation room to se the doctor, I had a seat and was quickly seen by him. He was friendly and explained things clearly and thoroughly. All in all, I was very satisfied and would recommend Excelsior to any one of my friends or family. I'll repeat the benefit of filling out paperwork prior to your appointment.
