I guess, it wouldn't be fair to blame the staff, but, aside from no one being able to help due to policy or lack of will, the refrigerant was defective, it just sprayed all over my hands and the port that was supposed to receive it.
Alright, I'm updating my review, I was upset earlier that no knew could add the refrigerant for me, but, I went back in, (Don't worry, I wasn't a jerk! ;))to tell them that instead of receiving the solution it just sprayed all over me and the port and the whole situation was resolved! I'm way happier than when I initially went in!! XD

Came to this particular store on the strength of other reviews and I have to say: The rumors are true. Was treated like a valued customer from the moment I walked in the door. Had a battery swap done with a small issue that the store immediately made right. Solid gold stars for this location - I will continue to give them all of my business.
