(August 24, 2020, 1:42 pm)I am ashamed of all the complainers! They do their best! Your probably not the friendliest patient. I was going here when I was first diagnosed with type 1, and I'm back! They are absolutely the best place in WNY. Very friendly staff never had a problem, and the over the phone/teldoc apts are sooo helpful. Thanks ENDO WNY

(January 15, 2020, 9:56 am)I've been going here for over 5 years now. It is one of the best facilities I have visited. The office staff has been great and the every doctor and nurse I've dealt with has given me the time and attention needed. I've never felt rushed and I appreciate the extra over site by the resident doctors there. Dr. Makdissi has been my "primary" doctor and I think he is one of the BEST doctor's out there.
