She remembered me when I came back a few days later. She remembered my name, why I came back and even my husbands name. That’s a special skill and noticed by customers that like doing business where they are appreciated. Our banking relationship representative Ryan, also did a good job covering all of our needs. The buzz in the Branch was great as I overheard several other conversations as well. This branch is great! You’ve got a good team here M&T.
