Jim has an awesome attitude and a willingness to work with me on my specific goals. He helped me kick-start my strength program which I have incorporated into my fitness routine. I am looking forward to taking his Fat Dad Fix program.
For me, Jim puts a positive, friendly, helpful face on the daunting world of fitness. We all know we're supposed to be doing SOMETHING, but it's a struggle to understand how to start. Jim translates his knowledge into something I can use - he has built me a custom circuit training routine, coaches me regularly on progress towards my goals (weight loss, in my case), keeps me aligned on nutrition, and holds me accountable. And you couldn't meet a nicer guy - which is important when he's asking you to lift weights at 6 am. HIGHLY recommended.
Jim will listen to your goals and help you fulfill them. He knows what works and motivates you to stick with it...he's also personable and can help you get thru your workout and have fun doing it. Highly recommend!

Jim is an amazing trainer! He listens to what you want to achieve and works to get you closer to your goals. He's encouraging and very knowledgeable. Any time I need to modify an exercise for any reason, Jim knows right away how to make it work for me so I can still get all the benefits of the exercise. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking for a trainer whether for gaining strength, toning up or for weight loss.
