The appointment process has been refined expertly, impeccably and almost scientifically. Very little waiting time. Runs on time, regardless of time of day. The techs, nurses, staff are engaging and knowledgeable and compassionate.

I saw Dr Andreessen. She is awesome. Great bedside manner. Took her time and answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything.. all my options and outcomes. Upfront and honest. I had a lot of questions and I didn’t feel rushed. She prob spent a half hour with me. The tech that did my exam was great too. If you need a vein Dr ask for Dr Andreessen.

This time I went to there for a mammogram. The technician Lauren was very gentle and very good. A lot of times It was like a torture. She carefully marked down the scars due to the breast surgery. It should help the doctors to read the image. The doctor who read my image last time didn't read my medical history. She thought the scar was something suspicious.

Hopefully I will get somebody like Laura every time.
