Courtney did a great job with my cleaning. She was careful not to make it too painful. It was also enjoyable to talk with her.

I worked for Dr. Bob and Dr. Katy back in 2009 relocated to FL in 2011, I moved back to Buffalo and had the opportunity to be recently re-employed here. I loved working with this practice back then, but I have to say the team I work with today is the BOMB. The friendly close knit work atmosphere, high quality care, dedication, and compassion provided to our patients is above and beyond ANY other office I’ve worked at. I’m proud to be back where I feel comfortable working with the most honest, genuine, skilled professionals that hold the same morals and values as I. When I returned, I was thrilled to hear Dr. Katy is still here as I knew her then as such a caring, hard worker and she hasn’t changed. I’m honored to offer my hands with this superb practice and I trust Dr Bob’s team with my family and close friends. I highly recommend him to everyone I meet looking for exceptional treatment be it cleanings, fillings or major dental work.
Sandra did a great job cleaning my teeth, and she's so friendly! Appointments are kind of hard to get, and I've had some billing issues. But the actual dental staff are all great!
Sandra was amazing. Gentle and I had a specific issue with the front of my tooth which was about to fall out she was very gentle and she not only cleaned it but made sure the tooth was intact. She checked on me every moment to make sure that my anxiety was not bad, she was very gentle with the tools and I felt so confident. I have not seen a dentist in many years because of this lack of confidence and being hurt I really recommend coming to Dr bob's! Trust me they will be very accommodating to any anxiety you may have and if you are like me and have very bad teeth and are very vulnerable these are the people that you want to see. Thank you Sandra for being gentle and actually listening to me in my concerns.
