Ted and his Mom who run the business are two of the nicest people I have met in a very long time . Ted was recommended by a mutual friend. My wife was in need a of a vehicle as she was in an accident and totaled her SUV. Ted had a number of very nice vehicles on the lot . They were all pristine in appearance , my wife fell in love with a Jeep Cherokee Limited. The price was more than fair , and the SUV is just wonderful. After searching for a two months for a new-to-us used Dodge Caravan SXT, my wife and I came across Smiling Ted's dealership in Buffalo.
