Every worker here is knowledgeable, and wants you to go home with something that is body-safe and fun. Folks seem to be trauma informed, and hella queer/trans friendly (often queer and trans themselves). They’ve even gone out of their way to try and learn some Spanish in order to communicate with Spanish speaking customers. There’s no booths or theaters. Workers will put gloves on and test any toys to make sure they work before you buy them.

i came into the store with my partner and Kayleigh was incredibly attentive and helpful. we were greeted right away and helped immediately.

not only did she help us find great products that would work for us both, she helped us weigh pros and cons on potential products the entire time and provided above and beyond customer service.

everyone that works here is very knowledgeable about their trade and has their customer’s best interest in mind. i’ll be shopping here every time.
