Always staff available to help, easy to find departments, they always have what I need! Much easier to shop in that the "big box" stores, and I signed up for savings and get coupons now!!

I shop Valu as often as possible as opposed to the bigger home improvement stores. Recently, I made a large special order purchase. Every employee was kind and patient and caring. Jake the assistant manager was enthusiastic, helpful and just over all a great person to deal with. When I went there to pick up my order, I was greeted by first name with smiles by several employees. It was a great experience overall. I highly recommend supporting this business! Overall just great on every level of customer service!
