Our experience with Americas Choice / J Lawrence Real Estate was amazing to say the least ! From day #1 it seemed as though we were their only customer . We had researched the different programs they had available to use to market our home and decided that the Partnership Program might work best for our situation . We stood to save a huge sum on the commission if our home did indeed sell and at a fair price. It was determined that we would not wish to have hoards of people trampling through our home and that we would only have private showing performed by ourselves . Nobody knew our home better than us and this was confirmed by every potential buyer who came to see it .
