(September 6, 2020, 7:51 am)charged us 900.00 for a hose that we could have bought from 5 star John Deere for 450.00. update, talked with the owner and he explained that the counter person upgraded my hose to a 5000 lb spec rather than a direct replacement 4000 lb,I maintain that I should have been advised of the employees choice,that choice cost a addl $46.00 a foot.Dave issued me a credit for most of the addl cost.Im pleased with the outcome. I didn't have time to question the charge at the time of service and took the review route. in the future if there is a problem and it can't be resolved at the counter I will ask to speak with Dave.
