My Dad lives in Violet Senior apartments. They are smaller, but adequate sized apartments. They are clean and reasonably priced (Income based.) The maintenance staff actually painted and cleaned behind the refrigerator & stove, before my dad moved in (Unheard of!) The staff are kind and professional. This is the best senior housing I've seen firsthand so far. I would reccomend Violet Apartments for senior relatives or seniors themselves.
