  Today I found lots of deals on clearance items. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check out was quick and a nice smile from the cashier. The store was tidy, not cluttered.

  Amazing customer service! I have 3 kiddos under 4 and shopping instore is next to impossible. The curbside attendant was so helpful today with my unfulfilled order and even went back inside to help find what I needed so I could stay with my kids in car. Order now fulfilled and I can finish our family project for the 4th of July Top!Top notch experience and will definitely be back.1st curbside experience here was 100%

  I switched my service from another supplier when I moved back to Buffalo from the Southern Tier. I bought new supplies including a new mask which they recommended. The mask didn’t last two months. Literally falling apart and hardly usable. Velcro peeling off. Won’t stay fastened. always coming apart. They worked with me and got me new headgear to replace it. They were very pleasant to work with.

  Becky Miller couldn't have made our experience any better. She was so friendly (even 1st thing in the morning), we got in very easily, she made things easy to understand, she also gave us other options that other CPAP place said, "were not an option" (no names mentioned). Love Kiki too...

  My dad has been a customer for years.They have always been outstanding to me and my dad. Over the summer my dad went to the store to find out why his mask was leaking and the girl at the desk was so helpful with him. She showed him how to reorder online right from his smartphone.   I have been using Buffalo CPAP for many years now for my CPAP supplies. If your using anyone other then Buffalo CPAP you’re doing it wrong. They are fantastic, knowledgeable, and helpful. They really go above and beyond and take great care in giving you the best customer service around. My wife and I used other CPAP suppliers in the past, and we both had bad experiences. We decided to make the change to Buffalo CPAP and we couldn’t be happier. Becky, and Jessica are simply the best in the area hands down.
