(February 18, 2020, 4:43 pm)I love the inserts. My legs and feet feel really good. I have been using them faithfully. I don't quite understand the sandal thing and how to Velcro them in. I leave for Florida on Friday, so I'll probably just use them when wearing gym shoes, while I'm there.
