“I had my surgery done on 11/8/2021. Dr Rutkowski, & his team from the beginning were very insightful, informative, tentative, & caring. Gave me all the sense of relief, & confidence that I needed to go into having the Gastric Bypass surgery. Rite now, this is absolutely the best decision I’ve ever made. My highest weight 286lbs. Day of surgery I was 271lbs. Today, March 26th, I’m roughly around 220lbs or a little bit less, & still losing. I will recommend any, & everyone to Dr. Rutkowski, if they were thinking about getting the surgery. Also, I knew I was in good hands when, he asked if he could say a prayer before surgery. “I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated at the William Street Miracle Ear in Cheektowaga. I first spoke with Marie, the front office assistant. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then I met Justin, the hearing aid technician. Talk about knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for 16 years now, plus he has a great sense of humor as well. He tested my hearing, gave me a ton of information and all the options of hearing aids to choose from. He even let me take a pair home to try them out, then ordered me a new pair and custom fitted them to my ears. I ended up choosing the best quality hearing aids that they offer. Yes, they were expensive, but how can you put a price on your hearing? Especially after years of saying “what?” All day long. I’ve also been back a couple of times for service and they are always happy to help. I am very happy that I chose this location, based on the friendliness and the knowledge of the people here. Plus, I can hear again!”
