I had my right knee replaced on 11-6-2020 by UB Orthopedics! I would like to compliment Nathaniel Watt a relatively new Therapist at Phoenix for his wonderful attitude and service! Nate clearly explains what and why certain exercises need to be done for the best recovery possible.He is very through and encouraging!

Phoenix Physical Therapy is a wonderful environment with friendly and knowledgeable physical therapists. The PT is very hands-on, personalized and effective. They take the time to explain treatments so that patients/clients can apply exercises, treatments and stretches at home. I highly recommend Kevin Scibetta, DPT. He is knowledgeable, personable and caring. My wife sees Nicole Swiatek, DPT and she regards Nicole as the best physical therapist in WNY.

We love Nicole and her Team at Phoenix Physical Therapy!! The PTs work one-on-one with patients, and employ a variety of manual physical massage techniques. I have been a patient of Nicole’s on and off for the last ten years. Nicole/Phoenix Physical Therapy has also helped my entire family (and many friends!) through numerous injuries (—our daughters dance competitively), and treatment has helped us to prevent further injury and heal faster. We are forever grateful for their work!!!

Highly recommend Phoenix PT! My son has been going there for almost 5 months. Brad has been a crucial part in helping him with his CRPS! He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Most kids don’t enjoy PT but Brad makes it fun! When you walk in, Kelly always greets you with a smile. She is helpful in scheduling and re-scheduling appointments and in helping with any insurance questions. We are grateful to have found Phoenix PT!

I’ve been going to Nicole for the last 3-4 years for rehab on 2 different injuries! She’s excellent at what she does, hands on therapy & very compassionate as well. Nicole would reach out to me on numerous occasions to see how I was doing & feeling on the days I wasn’t in for therapy. The whole office is excellent, always on time with their patients- I’ve never had to wait when arriving. I highly recommend Nicole & her staff at Phoenix. 2 thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
