I moved to Buffalo from Colorado in the middle of the Spring, 2020 Covid shutdown! A real living person answers the phone when you call! I love my apartment! It’s great having my own washer/dryer, front porch, patio and spacious well- designed interior with plenty of storage and an attached garage! The residents are very nice and the neighborhood is beautiful, well-maintained and centrally located near anything and everything you could possibly need. The amenities are great and there’s excellent communication between the office and residents. Roz, the manager is very nice and always responds quickly. I couldn’t be happier!

I have never been happier with a decision than I have been with moving to Stonegate Apartment Homes. The attached garage was a major selling point. It is so nice having my drive plowed and the walkway salted always! Wayne and Mike are the best maintenance team ever! Whenever I have asked for any work order they are there the same day or the very next day! Amazing! And Roz, the manager, she is top rate! We all love Roz. There is always something going on and Roz makes sure that we are all satisfied with our needs. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

We like living here at Stonegate. Our townhouse has just been remodeled and we are very happy with the results. The main reason we like it here is because the maintenance staff -- Wayne, Mike and Arthur are outstanding. They are very accommodating and extremely pleasant to deal with. The other main reason is that the property Manager, Roz, is also very accommodating and extremely pleasant.

I moved to Buffalo from out-of-state, and am so glad I kept looking until I found StoneGate!

The units are wonderful with upgrades of granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new flooring in the kitchen and dining room, updated bathroom fixtures and counter tops, etc., all adding to the feeling of a home vs. an apartment. Private entries and an attached garage are two additional positive features.

The location is close to shopping, cinemas, parks, etc. The neighbors are friendly, and there are a variety of activities to participate in depending on your interests. Having a fitness center on the property is a big plus.

The staff is fantastic, friendly, professional and always there with a smile. Roz’s door is always open and she is never too busy to answer a question. Wayne and Mike of the maintenance staff are nothing short of outstanding; work orders are addressed in a timely manner. Snow removal is the most efficient I have ever experienced in my near 6 decades of snowy winters.

Not a day goes by that I am not thankful I chose to make StoneGate my home.

NIce, clean and spacious units. Friendly neighbors and staff. The staff is very responsive to your needs and willing to listen to sensible suggestions. The clubhouse activities and community events give great opportunities to stay active and involved and makes this a home versus just a place to sit in your apartment and waste away.
