I bought some loaded calipers and rotors for my 05 Ford Excursion. I had an issue with the rotors not wanting to fit with the calipers and brackets for my oem front calipers. I called and Tim answered on a Saturday at lunch time, even though they were closed! 🙏🤘😁 My call forwarded to his cell phone, and he could have ignored me but he didn’t. 😁 With his help, I figured out the front rotors are wider than the back. Once I got them placed correctly, the install went off without a hitch! Just wanted to say THANK YOU TIM!!! Awesome customer service and great products. With a truck as heavy and old as the Excursion, I needed some serious brakes. I’m super happy with my purchase and experience. 😁

Nothing but impressed with the turn around and quality of the big brake kits. These folks do brakes and that’s an understatement! I ordered these Monday, drove 8 hours out that same week on Friday, met with friendly faces and received a tour of the machine shop. Everyone went above and beyond to help our 1999 F350 stop on a dime.

I bought a set of quick change calipers for my 1986 el camino. Couldn’t be happier! Car stops much better! I did have one small issue but I called and they took care of it right away with no problem! Definitely would buy from them again!
