I've volunteered here a few times. It looks like an amazing opportunity for everyone involved from campers to counselors. Made me miss going away to camp and it allows that opportunity for people who otherwise wouldn't be able to go.

My kids love this place. I would recommend to anyone thinking of sending their children here.

Great visit. I was a camper there for two weeks from 1975-1981. I am an Alumni. Most favorite day at camp was Sunshine Day. I was the one who sang Shop Around there and everybody loved it!!! For most kids who went to or go to camp, it's Home Away From Home. One of the best camps I went to, I loved it best!

So I went and took a tour of the buildings. I got to see where the children would be sleeping. Different housing for different age groups. There counselors that sleep in the bunks with the children. There are bathrooms and showers in every house. There is counselors that stay woke all throughout the night every night.. There are 2 nurses that are on the grounds everyday. There is a swimming pool. Counselors are in the water with the children. There are 5 lifeguards on duty for pool time. I felt comfortable with my child going here. She looks forward to it as well.

My HFA child enjoyed camp. It is a beautiful location.
