Easy to use website, large selection of vehicles. Setting up an appointment was quick and simple. With the tight auto market for used vehicles I was still able to see a variety of trucks I was interested in on very short notice. Justin was extremely helpful in taking me on test-rides and helping me figure out which model fit my needs and budget. He worked with me to get a great rate on financing and a really solid extended warranty plan. While I had originally planned to sell my old vehicle outright, Dean the manager gave me an amazing offer and made the trade-in process seamless. I had my new vehicle within hours after finding it in my online search. When I had a problem with one of the taillights, the entire staff coordinated to get the problem fixed quickly and free of charge, and were very pleasant to interact with as I waited. As a young woman it is easy to feel taken advantage of and scammed at auto dealerships, so it’s really nice to find a group like this when making such a major purchase to treat you fairly and respectfully.

Where to start? Certified AutoBrokers is hands down the best dealership around. Every single employee there was super helpful and happy in their own ways. This dealership is a genuine place that takes customers wants and needs into consideration. I bought a GMC Sierra from here and I dealt with Ben Hoppe. Ben was more than helpful in every way possible. If been didn’t have the answer to one of my questions Travis or Dean were right over to me with an answer. I left there without any questions and had a full understanding of every aspect in buying a vehicle. Not to mention Certified is what I would call unorthodox, they’re not the people that are forcing you into a vehicle you don’t like just to make a sale. They’re not hiding things and having disclosures without your knowledge- totally transparent and honest. The financing department is amazing, they got me approved on a solid deal then when I came to sign papers they got me an even lower interest rate. This is the proof of them fighting for the best deal for the customer. In conclusion, when shopping for a vehicle honestly look no further than here, locally owned dealership that takes the absolute best care of their customers.
