Yankee Candle

I was helped today by a young lady named Sam and she was so pleasent and told me about all of the good deals going on right now, and showed me all the scents she recommended!

Always very neat and clean, a little light on inventory but to be expected with covid.

Love this store and missed it so much during the COVID19 closure.

Yes, I know you can shop online. Just not the same experience as walking in the store! Oh the smells, wonderful Customer Service yet not pushy just helpful. 😁

I went into Yankee Candle the other day to take advantage of their Buy 1 Get 2 Free Room Sprays. When I first walked in I was warmly greeted by one of their associates. She ended up helping me through my whole store journey that day, she even held my basket. Instead of just buying room Sprays I also ended up leaving with a candle for my mom, a wic trimmer and one of the centerpieces with cupcake melt cups for the machine. She even told me and showed me how to personalize candles, which I thought was really neat however, I had no use for at this time because I knew my mother wouldn't have liked it. Megan gave me alot of product knowledge between burn times and how to properly take care of my candles and centerpiece. She made me more comfortable to buy the product, and sold me more then I planned on buying that day. She was very personable. It was a great experience and I can't wait to be back to see her and buy more products.

Love this location! The staff are always warm, welcoming and happy to help find the perfect scent or gift for a loved one! Definitely my favorite Yankee Candle store in WNY! ❤❤
