A couple hours later I got a call from Jake from lake with a complete rundown on the work I needed to have done and pricing. Friday I got a call that it was finished. Fastest service and most professional I have ever experienced. This is my go to RV service center from now on.

Went through all kinds of terrain and weather with no problems. Needed a few things taken care of on camper upon return too Buffalo and I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of work. So thank you Jake and crew for helping make this trip fantastic.

(November 18, 2019, 2:07 pm)We just picked up our Grand Design Reflection travel trailer and both Brian and I were very impressed that everything was repaired on our long list the first time around, no need to come back and forth before everything was completed as we did last year at the Tonawanda repair shop. Kudos to Nick and Jake! Job well done and we are grateful.
I would also like to thank Sarah for her exceptional customer service every single time we called (trust me it was many, many times). ????
