(December 1, 2020, 8:01 am)This is the second time we have used Decorator Carpets. Extremely happy with the product and service. Rick worked with us to find the flooring we would need to hold up to two young kids and a dog. Rick and Mark installed everything in a couple days. Looks awesome! Great people and crew. I always believe you get what you pay for and these guys killed it.
(March 22, 2019, 3:09 pm)They were initially good at coming in for quotes and for completing the jobs in a timely manner. They were NOT good in returning calls or correcting mistakes when I had an issue. I was told that they would "get back to me" 5 times over a period of months with no response. I now have a hole in my flooring that is not even a year and a half old.
(March 22, 2019): I have since amended my review as Decorator Carpets have resolved my flooring issue and looks fabulous!
