They replaced it with no hassel and did not count it as our swap. Although the second mattress was significantly better than the first which must have truly been a dud, it wasn't what we were looking for. Another 5 minute conversation in the store and the new one was on the way. The salesman recalled our names and situation on the 3rd visit, over a month long period. Great experience and good quality.
