Kevin is the only realtor I would hire. I used him in 2012 to help me find my first house. He took care of all the BS leg work, got paperwork done, led me by the hand (lol), and got the closing.
Fast fwd 4 years(2016), I had hired a family friend's realtor who had 30yrs experience and after months of annoyances of trying to sell my house and find another, I ended up firing this guy and went back to Kevin. Found me a house and got mine sold with 0 BS. From now on.. I will never use anybody other than Kevin. But hopefully I wont need to.. I refuse to move again.. lol.
My sister and her husband also used him to sell and buy and again.. 0 BS.
