Hamburg Family Medicine has a convenient location in the town of Hamburg. The staff is friendly, sometimes the phones can get backed up, but still nowhere near as badly as at Southgate Medical Group (I and my family would typically be on hold for a half hour or longer each time.) My primary physician (Dr. Masyga) is above and beyond the best doctor I've ever had. He's been my primary physician for 4 years now. He really listens to his patients and he's very personable. He has those "soft skills" when it comes to jobs that are vacant at most places you go nowadays. Absolutely a 5/5 place to go.
