Life Storage - Lackawanna

I met with Kim after I made an online reservation. She was delightful! Super friendly. Also, there was a little gift bag in the unit (which was spotless).

Speedy reply to my request for storage area by Kim. My Choice to complete registration and payment online, with no need to see anyone. But I chose to go in, and Barbara was so nice showing me the area first. I'm so pleased they had something available and so close to me.

Excellent customer service, friendly helpful employees. Barbara & Kim are great & make you feel very welcome. Nice clean, affordable storage units. 5 stars ⭐️ would recommend to anyone who needs storage space.

I was very frazzled with my upcoming move to Florida. I'm not able to take everything with me right now and wasn't sure what to do. Thank goodness for the amazing employees here! I feel like we were taken care of well and feel comfortable knowing the storage unit is very clean.

This facility is fantastic. Units are clean, easy to access, and very secure. Most of all the staff is fantastic. From my first phone call to inquire, to needing guidance regarding packing and supplies your customer service is outstanding. I want to thank Kim specifically. She took her time over the phone to recommend specific packing material for china and crystal. Kim's professionalism shows she cares about meeting the needs of her customers. I highly recommend this location, Ridge Road, Lackawanna NY.
