    Had two leaking outside faucets replaced and two accompanying inside shut off valves. I called mid morning. They showed up soon after and everything was done before noon! They were fast, courteous and professional. Also a very reasonable price!

    James Lo Bue plumbing never disappoints, he has done a hot water tank , to leaky toilet for me . Always knowledgeable, gets the job done qui ck , reasonable prices.

    We've had both Jims do plumbing work at our home over the last year and we've been so pleased. Jim Jr installed our hot water tank and fixed a leaky hose bib in our backyard, and Jim Sr replaced our leaking main shut off valve. They have been very prompt, courteous, considerate, and reasonably priced each time, and we both recommend them to others and will continue to use their services ourselves in the future.
