If you ever need appliances, go see EMILY at Orville’s in Depew!!! Second time my husband and I needed appliances (both due to moving purposes and leaving our appliances with the house) we have seen her, she is forever our girl if we ever need anything! She’s not your typical saleswoman, not pushy which we love! 10/10.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Got great service even after I told them I was looking for one of their cheaper items.

About 10 minutes into our shopping experience my wife said “Emily is AWESOME, I definitely feel better purchasing here rather than somewhere else”. She knew her product knowledge like the back of her hand. She was up to date on any and all rebates and finance options as well. My wife and I were torn between Whirlpool and KitchenAid. Emily took the time while handling other customers to walk us around the showroom and ensure we had the specifics on both brands with a break down of pricing, discounts, taxes, and fees. Emily is very personable and immediately made us feel as if we were life long friends. My wife and I had been everywhere including Lowe’s and Home Depot and we had the best experience with Emily at Orvilles. Jessica and I want to extend our thanks and appreciation to Emily. Orvilles is lucky to have someone so dedicated working on their team. Thank You Emily! We will be back in the future, you have a customer for life.
