I've been using Apple Rubber for over 20 years for consumer products and critical applications including work with NASA. I see some reviews discussing a representative on the phone who was ineffective and that can be frustrating. What I'm looking for are consistent material properties and inventory availability as well as technical support. Apple Rubber checks the box in these areas and has a good combination of capacity vs personal touch. I've engaged with representatives who traveled to our facility (where we developed fuel-cell and electrolysis technologies) for custom seals and I received excellent advice and ongoing support. They can help engineering staff successfully bring a program to a solid conclusion in the area of containment of fluids. I'd be interested to know the applications that were being pursued, the technical background and overall experience level of the reviewers here who commented negatively. Perhaps they were trying to engage Apple for a relationship that is outside their business scope. They are a provider of Rubber Products and specifically seals for business and using their products can mean the difference between a recall and having a product meet advertised life.
