This is a message of thanks for my recent visit at the Orchard Park, New York, office of Hearing Evaluation Services.

I had difficulty hearing for a couple of years and finally committed to participating in the hearing evaluation. Honestly, I dreaded the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised by the compassion and support I received. Each individual was encouraging and patient with me. Each step was explained completely and the results were reviewed with me immediately.

In particular I want to recognize Cindy, the receptionist, for her warm welcome and for making me feel valued and comfortable.

My thanks further go to Dr. Anne Orsene, my audiologist. She performed the test and was patient with my questions. She provided her recommendation of the best instrument for me and the supporting reasons for her choice. Dr. Orsene gave each of the necessary details without overwhelming me. I was apprehensive about how the hearing aids would work for me as well as how I would be able to afford them. Dr. Orsene was so positive and encouraging. Thank you.

The hearing aids were ordered, introduced and fitted by Emalee Danner, my audiology resident. Emalee was spot on in her performance and delivery. She had just the right presentation and delivery.

The people are very helpful. I went to get my semi annual cleaning of my hearing aid I told the girl that took care of me how my hearing aid kept going out and couldn't hear. She found it was a broken wire and fixed it
