(November 15, 2020, 9:10 pm)My son and I were traveling from our home in the Utica/Rome area to visit my brother-in-law and his family in the Buffalo area.
As we were driving down the NYS thruway something flew off the underneath of my car. We immediately got off the thruway at exit 48A.
My wife came and picked us up and we spent the next day (Saturday) searching for an auto repair shop nearby. The only place we could find open was Village Auto.
I explained my situation and they immediately looked at my car and fixed it right away.
They treated us like family even though we were total strangers. There aren’t many people around today that would do for us like they did. Great people and I definitely would recommend bringing your business their way. Thanks again Village Auto and Happy Holidays!
