Jacqueline Shanahan, DO

I have seen Dr. Shanahan for almost 3 years since relocating to Western NY. She always spends a great deal of time assessing, conversing and educating me with my biannual physicals. She answers my questions throughly and thoughtfully. Her and her team make you feel relaxed and comfortable - always pleasant and easy to communicate with. Returning calls or messages quickly. She is by far the best primary care doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Shanahan is a very thorough and caring doctor.

My initial visit with Dr. Shanahan couldn’t have been more delightful. As someone who basically hates going to the doctor, I was put at immediate ease by the doctor’s warm and sincere manner. She was patient in listening to me and expansive in her detailed explanations with no sense of being rushed like with many other medical people. Her understanding and support of my desire to try alternative treatments sealed the deal.

Saw her as a new patient and had a very pleasant, positive experience. She is very thorough, and has a very caring nature. She is professional and very comfortable to talk to. I'm so glad I chose her for my new primary care physician!

Dr. Shanahan is the best doctor I have been to. She is very professional, courteous, kind and a wonderful patient advocate. I have asked her numerous questions of her and she explains answers so that I understand... she asks questions regarding my mental health that no other doctor has ever asked, making sure my mental health is also ok not just my physical health. I love her cowboy boots and red sneakers too!!!
