  Pediatric & Adolescent Urgent Care took great care of our 8 month old. We were afraid he had RSV and we went here at our pediatrician’s instructions. Check in process was easy, we were seen fairly quickly. The waiting room was calming and the decor was nice. The doctor and nurse who saw us were very caring and listened to our concerns. Also, the exam room was very welcoming and definitely tailored to children- there was even a bed and the decor made it feel more like a nice bedroom than a scary exam room. Our son was tested for a few things and the outcome was positive overall.

  The virtual sign in makes it so easy! My 6 yo daughter sprained her ankle and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes, with X-rays! All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend it.

  Wow ! Fantastic .. I don’t even know where to start.. walked into the clinic forty five minutes to close with my six year old son covered in second degree burns in his private region. DR Kathy and Kaitlin were amazing ! So patient … knowledgeable and amazing with my son given the fact he was screaming bloody murder and dealing with what may have been the most traumatic excruciating pain and experience of his life . I can’t give enough thanks for the treatment that was given to myself and my son in the traumatic situation. Thank you for taking time to explain to me what each step was and how to care for him moving forward .. your kindness will never be forgotten..

  Great experience this Thursday morning at P&A UCC in Orchard Park. Easy, friendly check in process and a nice waiting area with a not awful kids show on. Doctors, nurses and staff were very friendly, efficient and explained things clearly. Took care of my son’s injury with care and skill. Did not wait very long at all and did not feel rushed out. Highly recommend.

  My 8yr old has allergies and asthma. When it's allergy season (like today with the highest pollen count Buffalo ever had) it triggers his asthma. His nebulizer treatments, rescue inhaler, and steroids don't help so he needs more. This place has always been there and helped him so much. The staff is incredible and it's super fast compared to an actual ER. I've been bringing all of my kids here for about 5 to 6 yrs. I LOVE them.
