Pet Supplies Plus (Orchard Park)

I just loved going there today the workers were the nicest young people I've spoken to in a long time. Helpful polite and just a great atmosphere. I will be back....

Everyone very helpful and Knowledgeable,There is a mature white haired woman who I believe is a manager who is always very helpful and another young lady who I believe is one of the assistant manager with a heavy accent who is excellent in her Quality of customer service both give excellent customer service would recommend this location very highly

Definitely the nicest Pet Supplies Plus I've ever been in. You can tell they're trying cater to the upscale Orchard Park clientele, but they'll still let trash like me in!

This is our first experience as customers at Pet Supplies Plus. There were specific items we were looking for that we needed for our hound mix River. The young lady that helped us knew the products and made valid recommendations that made our shopping easy. We also picked up a bowl which she really needs, and the prices were a good value on all the items.

Helpful staff and the environment is one of a non-chain big box store.
